How did you begin your career at Cosentino?

I started as a Promoter at Cosentino in Anaheim, California in 2009. After 3 years in Anaheim I had held the positions of Promoter, Sales Representative, and Account Manager. In 2012 I began a new position with the National Accounts team and I moved to Houston, Texas. For the last 4 years I have been part of this exceptional team, which is working to grow our business with the Large Accounts: Lowe’s, Home Depot, Home Depot Canada, and a few others.

Cosentino has become a worldwide leader thanks to leadership and the vision of the companies. This vision has allowed Cosentino to stay on the cutting edge in terms of product innovation, both in new categories as well as in product design. The vision of satisfying our customers in the places where they do business has been instrumental for our growth. As more and more Centers are added worldwide, we continue to improve our ability to understand and satisfy the needs of our customers.

How did you begin your career at Cosentino?

My career here began almost 4 years ago. For me, having the opportunity to work at Cosentino was like a gift from God. I started working in the billing department, but soon afterwards I had the opportunity to work in the Exporting Department, and currently I am part of the Brazil/LatAm Front Office.

In your opinion, how has Cosentino managed to become a worldwide leader?

I think that Cosentino is a leading company because of its constant investment and innovation. It follows the trends of the modern world, but above all it is a company that takes all of its values very seriously. The most important of these is the attention and dedication it gives to each of its employees, partners, and customers, which in turn leads to each of them becoming committed to working in a way that will allow this company to achieve a large presence in its market.

How did you begin your career at Cosentino?

I started working at Cosentino as a Promoter in 2008, although that position no longer exists – now we have Account Managers. I was the first employee in France, which means that I’m now able to see the development of Cosentino from back then until now, and it is incredible when I think about our beginnings in the French market.

In your opinion, how has Cosentino managed to become a worldwide leader?

Because of our strategy! We are unique in the way we promote our products in the field. An enormous presence in the kitchen design studios with our marketing tools, displays, and samples, as well as our relationships with these firms – that is the secret!

What is the common denominator for each employee at Cosentino?

The love of a challenge and respect for the values at Cosentino, the pride that comes from being a leader and creating a market (this means hard work day-after-day, but it is a long road to success!)

Which element of the Cosentino DNA do you feel like you identify with the most?

The idea of the Customer-Partner is the key to success for me, and I feel most comfortable with this, because both the customer (kitchen design studio or marble installer) understands that we can be a fantastic partner to help them grow and help their markets to grow. I think that is the greatest achievement!

What is the main reason you decided to come to Cosentino?

The most essential for me was the dynamism, the ability to grow at a company with a clear strategy and vision.

How do you see Cosentino evolving over the next 3 years?

I see Cosentino as a company growing in all segments, especially in the projects niche and the Builders business!

What is the common denominator for each employee at Cosentino?

What we all have in common is a “hunger”, a need to learn and implement changes every day, in order to become better. This can be seen in all of the departments at our main offices, as well as in the people at the local organization.

Which element of the Cosentino DNA do you feel like you identify with the most?

Right now, the element that I identify with the most is the passion for change, the refusal to just stick to a routine without ever questioning the way things are done.

How did you begin your career at Cosentino?

I first learned about Cosentino in 2009 while I was working as a Project Manager for a construction company. The beautiful designs, the colors, and the quality of the Cosentino products immediately grabbed my attention, as did the friendliness of their people. I was really happy when they offered me a position on the Cosentino Italia team, and in 2016 I had the opportunity to work as General Manager at the Center in Stuttgart, Germany.

What do you think is the key to survival as a leader in the quartz market?

Every day more and more companies are copying our products and our business model. Because of this, we need to ensure that we can remain competitive in the market through constant innovation with our products, exceptional designs, and strong business performance.

Which of the elements that make up the Cosentino DNA do you think all of our employees have in common?

Apart from love, trust is the most important thing that parents can offer to their children. I see Cosentino as one big family, my family, which is something that helps promote trust in others in many ways. In terms of our friendships, we must also show our customers that we trust them, so that in return they will put their trust in us and in our products.

How did you begin your career at Cosentino?

It was always interesting for me because I have worked in the stone industry for many years. In fact, my father sold marble in the United Kingdom when I was a kid, although I never thought I would end up being involved in that same world!
After I finished my degree in Media Communications, I started working in the industry. Later I was fortunate enough to be asked by Cosentino to take charge of their Marketing and Communications.
Back then we had just one office, but now we have 7 large centers and we are growing every day!

What do you think is the key to survival as a leader in the quartz market?

Although there are multiple factors, I think that the main key is to be ready to adapt to what the market wants, even before it knows what it wants! One of my favorite parts of working for Cosentino is the ability to grow and change in a world that is constantly evolving, but while always maintaining some consistent values. Cosentino is always working to move forward as a pioneer in quartz surfaces. This requires courage, passion, and faith.

Which of the elements that make up the Cosentino DNA do you think all of our employees have in common?

Obviously we all share many of these important elements that help make us who we are. For me, one of the most important is honesty, not just in terms of working at Cosentino but as a person as well. First, to be honest with yourself, and then to make honesty a part of your day-to-day existence. To create trust, loyalty, and growth you first have to offer a clear and honest message. When people trust you, they listen to you.
